If a customer believes that a product has any type of defect or quality issue, including but not limited to manufacturing defects, printing defects, labeling errors, packaging issues, filling issues, cosmetic appearance concerns, leakage, damage, incorrect components, or any other product-related concern, the affected product(s) must be returned to NOC Cosmetics for inspection before any credit, refund, replacement, or other corrective action will be considered.


NOC Cosmetics will not issue credits, refunds, replacements, or accept quality claims based solely on photographs, videos, customer descriptions, or verbal communication. The returned product is required so that the Quality Assurance team can conduct a complete investigation and determine the root cause of the issue.

The following requirements apply:


  • The customer must return the affected product(s) to NOC Cosmetics unless otherwise authorized in writing by NOC Cosmetics.
  • All products associated with the claim must be received before the claim will be reviewed.
  • No credit, refund, replacement, or corrective action will be processed until the inspection and investigation have been completed.
  • NOC Cosmetics will document the findings and determine whether the issue resulted from manufacturing, filling, printing, packaging, labeling, transportation, customer handling, or another cause.
  • If NOC Cosmetics confirms that the issue is the result of an error for which NOC Cosmetics is responsible, the appropriate resolution may include a credit, refund, replacement product, rework, or another corrective action at the sole discretion of NOC Cosmetics.
  • Claims submitted without returning the affected product(s) will not be approved.


This policy applies to all products manufactured, filled, printed, labeled, assembled, or supplied by NOC Cosmetics and is intended to ensure that every quality concern is properly investigated, documented, and resolved in accordance with the NOC Cosmetics Quality Management System.
