Customers can have us import their products into Canada without any issues. The process is straightforward and requires the following steps:

  1. Invoice Requirements
    The invoice must be made out to NOC Cosmetics Inc.
    If it is not, the shipment may be held at customs. This is a critical step.

  2. Customs Broker Coordination
    Customers should inform their freight forwarder that NOC Cosmetics uses the following customs broker:

  3. Duties and Additional Costs
    Once the shipment arrives, it will be cleared on behalf of the customer. Please note that there are additional costs associated with importing goods into Canada.
    For example, products originating from China are subject to duties of approximately 6.1%.

    After NOC receives the invoice, we will provide the necessary supporting documents to the client and coordinate payment of these additional charges.
