NOC Cosmetics Inc. offers limited short-term storage for customer-owned packaging components, such as cosmetic boxes, under specific conditions. This policy ensures warehouse space is used efficiently while supporting active production orders. Only boxes or containers ordered from NOC will be stored.

How Storage Works

Customers may order large quantities of packaging (e.g., 1,000 units) but only use a portion initially (e.g., 200 units), leaving the remaining inventory (e.g., 800 units per SKU) in storage.

Storage is only permitted when the remaining packaging is tied to upcoming production orders.

Storage Requirements

To qualify for storage, customers must:

  • Have an active Purchase Order (PO) with NOC Cosmetics Inc.

  • Ensure the PO is scheduled within 3 months to consume the remaining packaging

  • Complete and sign the required Storage Authorization Form

  • Provide a valid credit card on file

Storage Limitations

  • Storage is not guaranteed without a confirmed upcoming order

  • NOC Cosmetics Inc. does not have capacity to store unused packaging without production commitments

  • All stored packaging must be allocated toward future manufacturing runs

Customer Responsibilities

By agreeing to storage, the customer must:

  • Confirm that all stored boxes will be used by the Purchase Order delivery date

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date contact information

  • Respond promptly to any communication regarding stored inventory

End of Storage Term (3 Months)

At the end of the 3-month period, customers must choose one of the following:

  • Use the boxes through a scheduled production order

  • Arrange pickup of remaining packaging

  • Request shipment of boxes back to their location

Non-Compliance & Fees

If the customer does not take action within the storage period:

  • Packaging may be disposed of by NOC Cosmetics Inc.

  • A $300 disposal and handling fee will be charged to the credit card on file

  • Additional shipping or handling fees may apply if applicable

Required Documentation

To store packaging, customers must complete:

  • Credit Card Authorization Form

  • Storage Agreement Form (signed)

Storage will not be approved without completed documentation.
