NOC Cosmetics

1. Customer-Supplied Ingredients

If a customer requires a specific ingredient that NOC Cosmetics does not stock, the customer may:

  • Purchase the ingredient directly from their supplier and ship it to NOC Cosmetics, or

  • Request that NOC Cosmetics source the ingredient on their behalf.

If NOC Cosmetics sources the ingredient:

  • We will provide the ingredient name, supplier (if applicable), and cost.

  • The customer must approve pricing in advance.

  • The full cost will be invoiced and must be reimbursed prior to production.

Because this is not a standard NOC ingredient:

  • NOC does not regularly use or stock the material.

  • NOC does not intend to carry the material for general production.

  • The ingredient is purchased specifically for that client’s formula.

Example - Fragrance Matching & Special Fragrance Orders

If a customer requests a specific fragrance that we do not carry:

  • We may send the fragrance sample to our fragrance manufacturer for duplication.

  • There is a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 12.5 kg for custom fragrance manufacturing.

Important:

  • The customer is responsible for purchasing the full 12.5 kg minimum.

  • The full fragrance cost must be paid prior to production.

3. Remaining Ingredient Handling

If the full quantity of the ingredient or fragrance is not used in production:

The customer may choose one of the following:

  1. Pick up the remaining material.

  2. Request disposal by NOC Cosmetics.

  3. Have NOC hold the material for up to 6 months for reorders.

If a reorder is placed within 6 months:

  • NOC will retain and use the remaining fragrance/ingredient.

If no reorder is placed within 6 months:

  • The material may be disposed of unless otherwise agreed in writing.
