Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) Policy
NOC Cosmetics requires all private label customers to sign our standard Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to the exchange of confidential information.
Our NDA is designed to protect both NOC Cosmetics and our customers by ensuring that proprietary information — including but not limited to formulas, pricing, processes, packaging concepts, business strategies, and trade secrets — remains strictly confidential.
Use of NOC Cosmetics NDA
NOC Cosmetics utilizes its own standardized NDA.
We do not sign external or customer-drafted NDA agreements.
Our NDA has been professionally vetted and reviewed to ensure appropriate legal compliance and mutual protection.
Reviewing and negotiating third-party NDAs is administratively and legally time-intensive; therefore, we maintain one approved confidentiality agreement for all partners.
Our agreement is structured to provide fair and balanced protection for both parties while allowing us to move projects forward efficiently.
