NOC Cosmetics is not registered within the European Union (EU) and does not currently hold:
An EU Responsible Person
An EU cosmetic registration (CPNP) number
While many of our formulations are developed to be EU-compliant in ingredient standards, NOC Cosmetics does not complete EU product registration on behalf of private label customers.
Private Label Customer Responsibility
If you intend to sell products within the European Union, your company must:
Appoint an EU Responsible Person
Register your product through the Cosmetic Products Notification Portal (CPNP)
Obtain the required EU notification number
Ensure all labeling and documentation meet EU regulatory requirements
Packaging & Printing Support
Once you have obtained your EU registration number and required compliance details, NOC Cosmetics can:
Print your EU Responsible Person details
Print your EU notification information
Add any required EU labeling elements
Apply compliant information to our professional black box packaging
We strongly recommend consulting with an EU regulatory specialist to ensure full compliance prior to selling into the European market.
