Order Changes & Pad Printing Policy
Adding Items to Your Order
Non-Printed Orders (No Logo):
Items may be added at any time prior to shipment without issue.
Printed Orders (With Logo):
You have 48 hours from the time your order is placed to add additional items without incurring extra charges.
After 48 hours:
Your order has already been released to production.
Products have been collected and sent for pad printing.
The pad printing machine has been loaded, printed, and cleaned.
If additional items are added after 48 hours, a new $25 setup fee will apply to cover the cost of resetting the pad printing machine.
Removing Items from Your Order
You may remove items from your order within 48 hours of placing it.
After 48 hours:
Your products have already been printed.
We are unable to remove printing from the product.
Printed items cannot be cancelled, returned, or restocked.
The printed products will be shipped and invoiced as originally ordered.
Important
We kindly ask that you carefully review your order before submitting it to ensure all required items and quantities are correct.
Once production begins, changes become limited due to the nature of custom pad printing.
