Natures Own Cosmetics follows all EU compliance regulations but at this time has not registered with EU regulations. Please be advised if any Private Label manufacture becomes compliant their customers are not able to utilize the Private Label Company's registered EU certificate. This is due to the Private Label manufactures company name has a registration certificate.
Each Private Label company requires to register their products with EU regulations under their company name. If the Private Label company wishes to use the Private Label manufactures company name all products will be EU compliant.
For example Nature's Own Cosmetics did register their eye shadows with EU. Company Piggy Time Cosmetics purchases eye shadows from Nature's Own Cosmetics and applies Piggy Time Cosmetics logo onto the products. Piggy Time Cosmetics sends their products to the EU. Products are not EU compliant, because Piggy Time Cosmetics did not register products with EU.
Piggy Time Cosmetics purchases eye shadows from Nature's Own Cosmetics and contacts the EU regulations to have the products compliant under the Piggy Time Cosmetics brand. Piggy Time Cosmetics ships products to EU - products are compliant.
Process of becoming compliant is simplified by Nature's Own Cosmetics providing EU supporting documentation.
