Thank you for your email, Nature’s Own Cosmetics does encourage all of our customers to obtain insurance under their company name. Nature's Own Cosmetics is able to provide proof of insurance to all of our private label customers but unfortunately private label customers will not be able to use our insurance for any claims they may have. 


If you do have a claim, at the time that you put in a claim under Nature’s Own Cosmetics, our insurance company will decline your claim immediately as your company is not the policy holder. The policy holder is Nature’s Own Cosmetics and only Nature’s Own Cosmetics will be able to put in a claim with their private label customer (only), not a private label customers customer.


IE. Customer A has a bad reaction with Piggy Time Cosmetics products, the customer will sue Piggy Time Cosmetics. Piggy Time Cosmetics will have to have insurance under Piggy Time Cosmetics in order to claim their customers claim. If Piggy Time Cosmetics tries to claim under Nature’s Own Cosmetics. Nature’s Own Cosmetics Insurance will decline Piggy Time Cosmetics Claim as Piggy Time Cosmetics is not the policy holder. If the customer by passes Piggy Time Cosmetics and goes right to the insurance company, then the insurance company will start an investigation. Once the insurance company finds out that Nature’s Own Cosmetics didn’t sell to the customer the insurance claim will be denied.  It is very important that Private Label Customer have their own insurance, if Piggy Time Cosmetics did have insurance then Piggy Time Cosmetics insurance company would sue Nature’s Own Cosmetics insurance company and the claim would go through without a problem. Please remember that insurance companies will find any excuse not to payout on a claim.
